Andrea is a former banking executive with over 20 years experience, who now serves as a leadership coach, partnering with CEOs and senior executives to elevate leadership effectiveness and optimise team performance.

Before starting her second career in leadership coaching and development in 2010, Andrea had a 20+ year career in banking and finance, predominantly with two of the big four Australian banks.
She has led teams and business units across a diverse range of functions, including relationship management, call centre, head office strategy and sales, and a state business.
Andrea’s last role in banking was the Head of Private Bank in Queensland for Westpac. Andrea also spent 14 years in the Army Reserves, retiring as a captain.
As a leadership coach, team coach and facilitator, Andrea partners with CEOs, senior executives, and their leadership teams to help them become be the best leaders and teams that they can be.
Working with clients by challenging and supporting them as they stretch their own boundaries to become the type of leader that they would want to follow. As a team coach, Andrea encourages the team to evolve as one team, which enables them to add greater value to the individuals within the team, the team and their multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Andrea is a keen golfer, and when possible, loves travelling with her partner Ray to see more of Australia and the world, whilst sampling some of the wonderful golf courses in their travels. Andrea enjoys the company of Ray’s adult children and their children, as well as spending time with their dog – Barney.
When not playing golf or walking Barney, Andrea enjoys sharing time with family and friends over wonderful food and wine.
